Refund policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to exercise your mandated rights Bbtskincare will be happy to exchange a product
or provide a refund given the following conditions have been met:

Contact customer service before close of business on the day the products was received (online
purchase)/purchased (in-store), exchange will not be provided should you exceed the stated
time frame.

Products must be returned within 24hrs of receivable (online orders /purchase (in-store) for
orders within the store location, 3 days after for orders outside store location and 5 days for
international orders. The product and packaging must be in its original sealable condition which
is unopened, undamaged and unused.

Return policy is not applicable to products purchased at discounted rate.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Contact our customer service before close of business on same day products were received or
bought (in-store) via email, phone call or chat providing proof of purchase and picture or video
of said product.

As long as the conditions guarding our return and exchange policy have been met, exchange
will be granted.

Products should be returned to Bbtskincare nearest store location or sent back to the original
shipping location (Location products were sent out from).

NOTE:

Kindly note that delivery cost would be excluded unless products are returned in accordance
with your mandated rights i:e they are damaged or faulty

Delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanged products upon placing order error.

 

REFUND /OVERPAID AND MULTIPLE PAYMENTS

In addition to exercise your mandated rights Bbtskincare will be happy to refund if the following
conditions are met:

a) . Contact customer service before close of business on the day payment was made via
email, phone call or chat providing proof of payment.

b) Refund does not apply for purchased products paid with right amount i: e all products
not overpaid or received multiple times will not be attended to, if at any point in time
you have moved location it is advised to do a change of address/location.

Kindly note that in accordance with the above policy following all confirmations, refund will
be granted within 7 working days and if refund is not done afterwards please contact the
customer service using appropriate mediums.

NOTE:

On change of address situation you will be required to add up delivery fee to the next
location of choice if need be.
