Processing Time

• Once processed, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipping.
• Please note: During sales periods, promotions, or major discount events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes.

  Within Lagos

 

• Orders within Lagos are delivered within 2–3 working days via a trusted third-party courier.

Outside Lagos (within Nigeria)

• Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 2–5 working days.

International Orders (Outside Nigeria)

• International deliveries take 3–7 working days and are shipped via DHL Express.

 

 

Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from the shipping company.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
