INGREDIENTS:

APPLICATION:
After cleansing face, use cotton pad and sweep pad across your face or gently press into skin while patting.
Allow for toner to fully absorb into skin.
Can be used as a moisturizer to hydrate, before makeup as a primer, after makeup to set it and enhance a dewy skin look, and anytime throughout the day to rehydrate skin.
Suitable for sensitive skin.
